Product Description

Pinion shaft is a very important part of mud pump. The pinion shaft is made of forged alloy steel, on which a herringbone gear with medium hard tooth surface is machined. For easy maintenance, single-row radial roller bearings with double-ribbed outer rings are used. The pinion shaft is extended at both ends so that a pulley or sprocket can be mounted at either end.
 

Pinion shaft is made of 42CrMo and has a high precision double bevel gear. Precision gears ensure that our pinion runs very smoothly, with almost no noise and no vibration, increasing the efficiency of power transmission. The clearance in the gears is minimal and no pre-wear is required for smooth operation.
