Oilfield centrifugal pump accessories are essential components that ensure the stable, efficient and safe operation of centrifugal pumps in harsh oilfield working conditions, covering aspects like fluid transmission, pressure regulation, sealing protection and vibration reduction~
1. Mechanical Seal Assembly
It is a core sealing part designed to prevent the leakage of pumped media (crude oil, formation water, etc.) and block the intrusion of external impurities. Adopting corrosion-resistant materials such as tungsten carbide and fluororubber, it can withstand high temperatures and high pressures in oilfield environments, effectively extending the service life of the pump shaft and reducing maintenance frequency.
2. Impeller
As the key power component of the centrifugal pump, it converts the mechanical energy of the motor into the kinetic energy and pressure energy of the fluid. Oilfield-specific impellers are usually made of high-strength alloy steel, with a flow channel optimized for the characteristics of viscous crude oil, avoiding clogging caused by solid particles and improving the pump's head and flow efficiency.
3. Shaft Sleeve
This component is sleeved on the pump shaft to protect the shaft from wear, corrosion and erosion caused by the medium. It features high hardness and easy replacement, which lowers the maintenance cost of the pump shaft. In heavy oil extraction scenarios, it can be equipped with a wear-resistant coating to enhance durability.
4. Check Valve
Installed at the pump outlet, it prevents the backflow of fluid when the pump stops running, avoiding reverse rotation of the impeller and protecting the motor and pump body from impact damage. The oilfield model is designed with a quick-opening structure, facilitating on-site maintenance and cleaning of impurities accumulated in the valve body.
5. Bearing Assembly
It supports the pump shaft and ensures its stable rotation, consisting of rolling bearings, bearing housings and lubricating parts. Suitable for high-load and continuous operation in oilfields, it uses high-temperature lubricating grease to reduce friction and vibration, and is equipped with a temperature monitoring interface to realize real-time fault early warning.
6. Suction/Discharge Manifold
These are the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, connected to the oilfield pipeline system. Made of seamless steel pipes with anti-corrosion treatment, they can adapt to the pressure fluctuations during oil production, and are equipped with flange connections for quick installation and disassembly during well site construction.
