Ceramic Liners are made of a ceramic inner sleeve and a forged steel outer shell. The service life of ceramic liners is about 4000 to 10000 hours, and the minimum time is at least 2000 hours, which is a lot more than bi-metal liners. 

Because of the phase transformation toughen technology the ceramic liners have the features of wear-resistance,erosion-resistance, high-pressure-resistance, high hardness, and strength. Zirconia type and Alumina type are common types of ceramic sleeves. Compared with Aluminatype, Zirconia-type liners have better toughness properties and a much longer service life. Piston wear and water consumption for lubrication can be reduced as well.

After heat treatment, high chrome iron inner sleeve can reach a hardness of HRC≥61~64. It's warmly welcomed by many oil-fields at home and abroad.				1. 3	Mono-metal Liner	Carbon layer's quenching thickness of inner bore reaches 1.5-1.8mm and hardness 58-60HRC				1.  Have characteristics of high hardness, high corrosion resistance, free of deformation and best surface finish
